With over 30 years of dedicated service in the fire profession, I bring a depth of experience, leadership, and commitment to excellence in every aspect of my work. As a Fire Chief and Certified Fire Instructor III, I am passionate about developing others and helping individuals reach their full professional potential. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Development, a Master’s degree in Leadership, and a PhD in Human Services, which inform my approach to building strong, effective teams. I believe that clear communication and a positive workplace culture are essential to organizational success, and I am committed to fostering environments where individuals and teams can thrive.
